Refund policy

In accordance with EU consumer rights law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal form available on our website or contact us at ivetkaruso@gmail.com. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days.

Please note that personalized, custom, and made-to-order items (such as commissioned artwork) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are made specifically for you. If your order arrives damaged or if there's any issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my best to make it right. For subscription members: you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Please contact us at ivetkaruso@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
